of the Victorian era with the luxury of modern time.
The Amethyst Bed and Breakfast's extensive gardens include thousands of bulbs, perennials,
annuals and a number of herbs which we use in our breakfast
offerings. Our landscape design includes traditional plants and
shrubs including boxwoods, lilacs, bleeding hearts, mountain laurels,
wisterias, yuccas, daffodils, roses, hostas, and many many more.
Ruby Suite
The Ruby Suite is the most luxurious bed and breakfast suite featuring two gas log fireplaces, one in the ADA approved guest room and a second in the sitting room, and a private entrance. This bed and breakfast room features a two person whirlpool with a view of the fireplace and a king size bed and an European steam shower. The Ruby Suite is located on the first floor . This suite also features a sleep sofa in the sitting room.
Our Amber Room, features a king size canopy bed, see- through gas log fireplace with viewing from both the guest room and the Whirlpool, and a Two Person Massage Shower.The guest room features a Thermo-Air Whirlpool This guest room, with a ten foot ceiling, is located on the first floor.
A popular bed and breakfast guest room features a king size bed, two person Jacuzzi, gas log fireplace, European style steam shower, and a private balcony with a relaxing porch swing. Antique furnishings and an arts and craft style stained glass door complete with picture.
The Cobalt suite features a queen size bed with a down comforter and featherbed, a two person Jacuzzi , and a gas log fireplace.

The Topaz Room is decorated with period antiques including a hand painted wardrobe, antique rope bed, carpet rocker and a queen size bed A gas log fireplace and a TWO PERSON JACUZZI complete the room.
